What we do
We don’t lend money ourselves. We arrange it. When you apply, we look at your business or your deal and send it to the funders most likely to approve it. Then we lay the offers side by side so you can compare the amount, the cost and the repayment before you choose.
On the business side, that includes merchant cash advances, term loans, lines of credit, equipment financing, invoice factoring, SBA loans and collateral loans. For investors, we work with programs for fix and flip, bridge, new construction, long-term rentals, portfolio loans and commercial property.
Who we work with
Most of our clients run businesses with steady revenue that need working capital quickly. Some have been turned down by a bank. Some have credit that isn’t perfect or past payment issues. We work with a wide range of industries, including restaurants, contractors, trucking companies, retailers, medical practices and e-commerce sellers.
We also work with real estate investors buying, rehabbing, building or refinancing non-owner-occupied property. Some of our programs accept first-time flippers and foreign nationals.
How we work with you
The funders we work with look at the overall health and potential of your business, not only your credit score. We do the same. Before we send your file anywhere, we want to understand what the money is for and how you plan to repay it.
Once offers come in, a funding specialist explains each one in plain terms. If an offer doesn’t make sense for your business, we’ll say so. Underwriting decisions often come back in under 24 hours, and approved files can fund in as little as 24 hours. The funder sets the final terms and timing.
What we won’t do
We won’t promise an approval before a funder has reviewed your file. Nobody can honestly do that. We won’t pressure you to take an offer, and we won’t rush you past the terms. You decide if and when to sign.
